چکیده
Objective: To compare the effect of Maleic acid and Irritrol (combination Chlorhexidine & Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) irrigation on sealing ability Biodentine when used as root-end filling material. Material Methods: Thirty single-rooted human premolars were subjected to standardized root canal instrumentation irrigated with 2.5% Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) after each instrument change. Apical resections done by removing 3 mm apex at a 90° angle long axis diamond bur. The end cavity preparation was using ultrasonic tips low power setting under water coolant. They randomly divided into groups (n=10). Group 1 7% acid, 2 Irritrol, 0.9% Saline (Control). Then, cavities all samples restored leakage analysis glucose filtration test. mean values for group calculated obtained data statistically analysed ANOVA post-hoc Tukey’s test, Games-Howell test repeated measures Bonferroni Results: specimens showed least microleakage compared Saline. Conclusion: A regimen involving followed can improve apical seal.
